Ms. Liu is the founding partner of MagStone Law, LLP, and a seasoned corporate attorney with over a decade of experience representing both public and private companies, as well as investment banks, in a wide range of corporate and finance matters. Her expertise spans from advising start-up and emerging growth enterprises on venture capital financing, equity financing, and technology development, to guiding public companies through securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Ms. Liu has served as lead counsel for numerous high-profile clients, including ZGC Capital Corporation, Avic Capital, and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., among others, in complex acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures in the U.S. Her background includes working at prominent law firms such as Morrison & Foerster LLP and Jun He Law Office, and she holds law degrees from Peking University, the University of Hong Kong, and the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Liu is admitted to practice in California and New York, as well as before the U.S. Tax Court, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
